Focusing on the Process of Inquiry
In the 40 years I have been facilitating retreats, I have never given a retreat exclusively on how to do Inquiry, one of the two primary processes of Heartwork. This will be a 2-day Inquiry Retreat, July 11th and August 15th , from 9am to 5pm both days. The two days have been separated to allow time for participants to practice with each other what they learn the first day.
In most retreats, I give brief instructions at the beginning of the retreat, and then
let people learn by doing. But certain elements of the Inquiry process can be worked with separately, and then integrated. The retreat will include as many of the elements and practices enumerated below as we have time for. I will give a brief talk about each element and answer your questions before you practice that element, followed by a Question and Comment period. There will be a break for lunch (or breakfast or dinner, depending on where you live!).
