Over the past few months I have been inquiring into what causes/allows for a permanent transformation of consciousness. Why after a meaningful experience are some people forever changed while for others the transformation seems to fade away?
My understanding is that some people are gifted/graced with an experience of Reality, Ultimate Truth, God, that is just the beginning of the Inner Journey Home. For the change to be permanent, we need to find a way to establish a base in this deeper spiritual non-dual awareness and to shift our identity from the ego to True Nature. This can only be done through practice.
So, in an effort to support a permanent transformation of consciousness I’m offering a “Practice Day” (also known as Solitary Retreat). On Sunday, July 23, from 9am to 5pm EDT we will practice Heartwork’s primary tools – Soft Body Meditation, Awareness Meditation, Inquiry (with a partner of your choice), and Unwinding – alone/together. You can do this with a friend, or group, or by yourself in a reasonably secluded location of your choosing. You will use whichever tool speaks most strongly to you at any given moment, and follow your thread back Home to your True Self. We will have a few (probably four) discussion periods where you can ask for guidance, and you can set up private sessions (for a fee) with me if needed. There is no set fee for the day, but a donation of $50-$100 (depending on your financial circumstances) would be welcomed. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
To register, please click here [I can set a form]. And feel free to email me here with any questions you may have.
Blessings,
Dale
Feedback from previous Practice Days (aka “Solitary Retreats”)
Not only was I able to explore deeper but my mind was also opened to a new way of viewing the Heartwork practice…instead of seeing these explorations as an end-solution I realized that thru continued meditation the transformative powers that regular spiritual practice can have. It’s funny that although this is not a new concept for me, it needed to be reintroduced and reinforced in a new way. – SNS
The sense of community even while in the private and comfortable space of our own surroundings. I loved the conference call format. I think this format fostered candidness and honesty. I felt honored to be in the group and able to learn from other’s stories and Dale’s feedback. – CS
I hit on the idea of doing soft belly meditation while slowly moseying around doing this and that. It was a powerful combination. That one thing has stayed with me since the retreat. – KCR
