How can we use stress in our favor, instead of having it use us?
How often are we so overcome by stress that we simply cannot enjoy life?
This one-day workshop focuses on how to deal with the stress of our daily lives so that we may live our lives fully even in the midst of bustling lives. We will understand stress better, discuss your concerns, and learn and experience techniques that can be easily used in daily life.
We will learn and practice two techniques for looking more deeply into the internal sources of stress, a meditation to access a stress-free awareness, and several “Stress Reduction Quickies” – techniques that are quick to learn and easy to apply in dealing with stress. Among these, you are bound to find a path or more that works for you.

The fee for this event is $75 to $150, depending upon your ability to pay.
