In this retreat, through a combination of meditative, psychotherapeutic, and experiential tools, we let go of old, self-defeating ways of seeing/being, and experience the freedom and joy that is possible.

This is an in-person event. Friday, October 6th at 7pm to Sunday, October 8th at 5pm. Retreat center at 65 Highland Ave, Rochester, New York, 14620.

The fee for this event is $275 to $550, depending upon your ability to pay. Room $160; Food $25 (for the weekend).
